Shallot braised fish fillet
Ingredients:
Grouper 1kg
Shallots 80g
Sauce:
Steam fish Use Soy Sauce
Salt
Corn Flour (starch)
Shallot oil
Steps:
1. Prepare the fish, marinate with salt, corn flour (starch) and shallot oil
2. Place the marinated fish on a plate and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the steamed fish with chopped shallots, pour the hot shallot oil on top of the fish, and then add in some soy sauce.
