Sesame Chips

The good smell and crispy texture always make you want to eat more.
Using black sesame seeds as the ingredient, and then spreading black and white sesame seeds over the chips.

Ingredient:
100 grams of fine sugar, 40 grams of salt-free cream, 100 grams of milk, 70 grams of low-gluten flour, 50 grams of raw black sesame seeds, raw white sesame seeds 50 grams


Method:
1. Put the fine sugar and the salt-free cream together, melt the cream by water heating, take it out from the hot water, then add the milk and mix well.

2. Make low-gluten flour into the practice 1 and mix well with the egg beater.

3 Then add raw black sesame and white sesame seeds and stir into a smooth sesame paste.

4. Take a proper amount of sesame paste on a baking plate and spread it into a round piece with a diameter of about 5 cm.

5. After the oven is preheated, the upper plate is 170 ° C, and the lower plate is baked at 150 ° C for about 15~18 minutes.
