Japanese Sesame Tofu
Fresh and soft tofu slowly spreads out in the mouth.
The scent of sesame spreads out in the air.
It is a very tender dish with great sesame aroma.
Ingredient:
2 handmade tofu, 2 red tomatoes, 3 g of dry kelp
White sesame sauce and roasted hulled sesame seeds
Method:
1. Use paper towels to absorb excess water on tofu, red tomatoes diced, dry kelp soaked in cold water for five minutes, then drain off the water for use.
2. Place the ingredients on the plate, then pour the white sesame paste and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
