Malaysian Fried Noodle

The taste of Malaysian Fried Noodle is welcome by many people.

Malaysian cuisine blends the features of China, India and local aborigines.
Noodle is a traditional Chinese noodle in Kuala Lumpur and one of the local representative cuisines.

Ingredient:
Six rolls of noodles , eight medium shrimps, and three eggs.
Few Sprout, garlic, and dried shallots
Enough Oil, salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil

Method:
1. Put the noodle into boiling water
2. Prepare shrimps, and sprouts
3. Stir-fry the garlic, fried shrimp and other ingredients
4 stir-fry the noodles with garlic, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar evenly, pour the ingredients , and finally add a little sesame oil to the saucer.
