French Lamb Chop
French lamb chop is cooked with Chinese and Western combined approach.
With sesame sauce, grilled lamb chops bring out a special flavor.
Ingredient:
1.flavored sesame seeds 80 grams, French lamb chops 600 grams, bread flour 80 grams, Italian spice powder 1

2. 30 grams of green bean, 30 grams of small tomatoes, 30 grams of corn shoots, 30 grams of mushrooms, honey black beans 10 grams
Non-GMO canola oil 50CC, red wine 80CC, salt 1/4 tsp, white pepper 1/8 tsp, 30g sesame
Method:
1. Get rid of fat on French lamb chop, and then put seasoning for about 30 minutes.
2. Add hot oil to the pot, add the marinated lamb chops, fryuntil it's cooked.
3. Put sesame paste on the lamb chops, seasoned with flavored sesame seeds, cover with Italian spice and flour. Put in the oven and bake at 200/200 °C for 8 minutes, about medium well.
4. Place the lamb chops on a plate, topped with boiled green beans, small tomatoes, corn shoots and mushrooms, with honey black beans. Finally served with sesamesauce.
