RECIPE
Black Sesame Omelet
Soft and delicate omelet with a slight sesame scent.
It is a great choice for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredient:
3 eggs, 1 tofu, 2 mushrooms, 1/3 of carrots, 6 green beans, 2 tablespoons of black sesame powder, 3 tablespoons of pure sesame oil
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Method:
1. The tofu is pressed with a spoon; the mushrooms are soaked and become soft; the carrots are cut into small pieces
2. Put 1 tablespoon of pure sesame oil in the pot, stir-fry the mushrooms and carrots, add seasoning with soy sauce, add the tofu and mix well
3. Take a bowl and add eggs, green beans, black sesame powder, granulated sugar, rice wine, salt and mix well.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of pure sesame oil to the pan, and put the ingredients into the pan and fry until cooked on both sides.
