Steamed Crab With Glutinous Rice

Steamed crab with glutinous rice always catches everyone's eyes when it's served on the table.
This elegant dish is full of seafood and sesame flavor.
Ingredients:
2 crabs, 10 mushrooms, 3 ginger, 2 cups of white rice (measured rice cup), 2 cups of water
1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of soy sauce
Method:
1. Open the crabs and wash them; the mushrooms are softened. The ginger are cut into thin slices; the white rice is washed.
2. Put the sesame oil into the pot and fry the ginger and shredded mushrooms.
3. Put the white rice, ginger, shredded mushrooms, salt, and soy sauce in electric cooker, and place the crabs on the rice. Add 2 cups of water and cook in an electric cooker (1-1/2 cup of water in the pot).
