Black Sesame Bun
In addition to the sesame aroma, the sesame stuffing is very smooth and tasty.

Black sesame bun is a common street food in Asia.
Ingredients:
Bread: 105g of water, 2g of yeast, 200g of plain flour, 15g of sugar, 5g of cooking oil
Stuffing: black sesame paste 60g-90g, powdered sugar
Method:
1. First make the stuffing: Take the black sesame paste mixes with the powdered sugar andput them evenly for 10 sizes in the refrigerator.
2. Make the outer skin into a smooth shape, and divide into ten sizes.
3. Wrap the sesame stuffing into the dough.
4. Decorate with cranberry
5. Place on the baking paper, place it directly in the steamer, and ferment for 15 minutes.
6. Put the cold water in the pot after the fermentation, put the steamer on the pot until the hot water is boiling, and steam for about 8 minutes in the medium fire.
