Steamed Dumpling

Ingredients:
Dump dumpling skin 300 grams, vegetarian meat 200 grams, cabbage 250 grams
3 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of ginger wine, 2 teaspoons of salt, a little pepper, 3 tablespoons of broth, dip sauce: a little ginger, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of white vinegar, a little blenddsesame oil
Method:
1. The cabbage is chopped and remove the water and mixes with vegetarian meat and the blended sesame oil.
2. Put 1 tbsp of stuffing on the dumpling skin and pack it into a dumpling.
3. Spread the damp cloth in the steamer. The dumplings are neatly placed in the steamer and steam for 8 minutes.
