Sanbeiji
The most traditional way to keep the original flavor of chicken.
This is a popular Taiwanese dish packed with strong intense flavors.
Sanbeiji is a famous street food and loved by many people.
Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs, 1 ginger, 10 garlic, 2 chili peppers, basil
3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar
Method:
1. Cut the chicken thighs into pieces, slice ginger (about 8~10 pieces), cut the chili peppers, wash the basil.
2. Put the sesame oil into the pot and sauté the ginger slices. After the ginger is slightly coke, add the garlic and chicken and stir-fry until the chicken is golden brown.
3. Season with soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar, and heat it in medium heat. When the soup is boiled, use a small fire for about 40 minutes. Finally, put basil in for about 5 minutes.
