Sesame Chocolate
The chocolate has a soft texture and thick flavor.
Strong sesame flavor is all over your mouth when you take a bite of the chocolate.
Eating this delicious chocolate is a great joy of life.
Ingredients:
Bitter sweet chocolate 300 g, animal cream 30 g, glucose syrup 50 g, salt-free cream 40 g, black sesame sauce 100 g
Method:
1. Bitter sweet chocolate, animal whipped cream and glucose syrup are melted together by water heating.
2. Add the salt-free cream and stir until the cream is about to melt (turn off the heat or leave the hot water).
3. Add black sesame sauce, stir well, pour into the mold, freeze until solidified, and then cut into pieces.
